We are dining at all of Jadon's favorite restaurants this weekend. Today's choices were Red Robin and the Rock pizza. Tomorrow is a normal day of school and work... or at least as normal as we can make it. On Tuesday we report to Children's at 6:45 AM for an 8 AM surgery to place the halo. They tell us that the surgery should take about an hour so we should be back together before lunch time.
Grandma Fry also arrives on Tuesday. Kalina got so excited when she heard that Grandma was coming back. We don't think she understands that we have 5 weeks ahead of us in the hospital.
Prayer requests of the day:
- Good rest for all of us
- A great day of school for Jadon and Kalina tomorrow
- A sense of calm for Jadon who is starting to get nervous about what is ahead of him.
